In most situations, we work directly with the homeowners or property insurance – we do not collect anything from the customer at the time of service.
Each situation is unique. We use an estimating tool called Xactimate which is dictated, and the same system used by insurance companies. Our cost depends on time, labor and disposal. In cases where insurance is not involved, we will perform a no-cost assessment and provide an estimate on all services prior to beginning work.
Our typical response time is 2 – 4 hours. Many projects can be completed in the same day. It really depends on the severity of the situation and what needs to be done to properly clean and disinfect the area.
Absolutely not, it is completely up to you. Some families choose to be onsite the entire time and others come and go to coordinate other services. In some cases, we meet family’s off-site or even come directly to another family member’s home. In other cases, we handle everything remotely through phone, email and fax. Our goal is to manage every part of the cleanup process so you can focus on your family and other tasks.
